Designed for dedicated U11-U18 athletes, this 8-week course will transform your on-ice movement through a powerful combination of elite coaching and data-driven video analysis.

This program goes beyond conventional training to target the critical mechanics that create truly elite skaters. Under the guidance of Vanessa Hettinger and the Hockeyology team, you will refine your forward stride, master backward skating, and enhance every aspect of your speed and technique. Our approach combines on-ice expertise with video analysis to identify inefficiencies, correct mechanics, and build a foundation for explosive, agile, and powerful skating.

Program Details:

• What You’ll Master: Forward stride (with/without the puck), backward skating, edge control, speed, and overall technique.
• Our Method: A blend of expert on-ice instruction and video analysis to provide measurable, individualized feedback.
• Location: WEM Ice Palace
• Duration: 8 sessions from October 7 to December 9 (no sessions on Nov 11 & Nov 25).
• Investment: $389 + GST.

• U13 – U18: Tuesdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• U11 / U13: Tuesdays, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
