Each session is divided into two focused parts, blending cutting-edge development with elite mentorship:
Part 1: Hockeyology & Athleticare Experts
The first part will take place in the Hockeyology facility with Athleticare experts, diving into the crucial role of nutrition, mental resilience, and injury prevention in performance. Players will utilize our state-of-the-art hockey training facility to enhance their game off the ice.
Part 2: On-Ice with Jason Strudwick
The second part is spent with former NHL player and defensive specialist Jason Strudwick on the ice at the Ice Palace. Jason will emphasize the detail and mastery of defensive skills through repetition and personalized instruction.

- 1 vs 1 Situations
