A 60-minute nutrition session for hockey teams focusing on sports nutrition fundamentals, including fueling strategies before, during, and after activity, meal and snack timing, hydration, and recovery nutrition habits. The session includes take-home tips, tools, resources, and a Q&A segment.

Fueled & Ready – Top 10 Eating Habits of Elite Athletes:

This session allows participants to complete a self-assessment to evaluate their adherence to evidence-based practices and eating habits proven to support health, performance, and recovery. The session includes goal mapping with a dietitian to enhance nutrition practices.
