Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your session with us. To ensure a smooth and fair cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation notice & fees:
To ensure fairness for all athletes and to cover the cost associated with last-minute cancellations, we have implemented a cancellation notice policy.

We require 7 days notice in case of any cancellation or changes to your session on the ice palace.  We will abide by the same notice period, ensuring we don’t cancel your appointment last minute.

We require 24 hour notice in case of any cancellation or changes to your session on hockeyology property. Failure to cancel outside of 24 hours will be considered a “No-Show”. We will abide by the same notice period, ensuring we don’t cancel your appointment last minute.

If you cancel your appointment with less than the above hours notice you will be charged a $10.00 late cancellation fee per late cancelled session.

No-Show Fee:
When a session is missed without prior notice, it affects our ability to accommodate other athletes and maintain the high standards you expect from us. Therefore, we have implemented a no-show fee of $25.00 per no show session.

How to cancel your session:
All cancellations must be made through the mindbody/ZerOne Canada app.
