Position Specific Training – July 13–19th
Speed, agility, and stride mechanics under the microscope. Our skating treadmill, real-ice surface, and coaching team will help you fine-tune the engine that drives your game. Ice Palace package Advanced Skating Development programming designed by Vanessa Hettinger.
Position Specific – July 20–26th
Forwards, defense, goalies — this is your week. Position-focused drills and tactics to deepen understanding, improve execution, and bring confidence to every shift.
Celebrity Camp – July 27th
With one day of ice to end off the month of July, we will host a 1-day celebrity camp for Ice Palace Package members.
Small Area Skills presented by Perfect Skating™ – August 6 & 7
These two days at the Ice Palace will feature a 2-day Perfect Skating™ camp, INCLUDED in the Ice Palace Package.

Think the game faster. Develop on-ice awareness, spatial intelligence, anticipation, and decision-making through video review, game scenarios, and tactical breakdowns.
Speed, Acceleration, and Decision Making presented by Perfect Skating™ – August 17 & 18th
It’s not just how fast you are — it’s how fast you think and react. This week targets explosive starts, changes in pace, and making smart moves at high speed. These two days at the Ice Palace will feature a 2-day Perfect Skating™ camp, INCLUDED in the Ice Palace Package.

Finish strong and go into the season firing on all cylinders. This capstone week builds game-ready conditioning, strength, and mindset.
