All players registering for this small group class must be playing junior hockey in the upcoming 2025/2026 season.

This 4 week, small group class, hosted at the Ice Palace, is designed to refine the precise movements necessary for achieving elite-level skating. Led by Vanessa Hettinger and her skilled Hockeyology team, participants will benefit from her extensive expertise and in-depth knowledge. The class will incorporate video analysis to identify and correct skating errors, with a targeted focus on critical skills that will enhance speed, fluidity, and overall performance on the ice. Players will also receive a punch pass at Hockeyology that includes 4 classes, to use at their leisure. This includes access to:

• Coached classes on the Skills Rink
• Coached classes on the Shooting Lanes
• Open Ice time (Stick & Puck)
• Coached classes on the Skating Treadmills
• Training sessions with Premier Strength
