Unlike traditional training programs, Hockeyology immerses you in our cutting-edge facility, with each zone and tool meticulously designed to target and enhance specific aspects of your game.
Alongside our evidence-based curriculum, we’re introducing our innovative “Non-Linear Development Program,” designed to foster player creativity through randomized and unique lesson plans. This cutting-edge approach not only enhances skill development but also offers the flexibility to train at your convenience. With the ZerOne app, booking sessions is as simple as ever, allowing players to fit training seamlessly into their schedules and family commitments.
Hockeyology goes beyond conventional training by integrating technology, expert coaching, and a holistic approach to ensure you gain the skills, strength, and tactical prowess needed to excel on the ice.
Hockeyology Program
Upon registration, players are encouraged to register for the “Assess and Align” course to establish their baseline analytics. We suggest that this course is repeated every 3 months to track their progress through ZerOne’s “Athlete Movement Assessment” and “HDTS Skating Analysis”. These results will be made available to athletes and their families.
