About 01 Hockeyology U
When school is out, class is in session at 01 Hockeyology U. Our Professional Development Day and holiday camps are the perfect way to keep your player active, learning and having fun when they're away from school.
Athletes will be organized into small groups based on age and ability. Each player will complete 30-minute rotations through the Skills Rink, Shooting Lanes and Skating Treadmills, along with a structured gym session and classroom development.
Our expert coaches combine hockey development, athletic training and fun in a safe, positive and structured environment. 01 Hockeyology U is where players sharpen their skills, build confidence and stay engaged, away from the classroom.
Because when school's out, 01 Hockeyology U is in.
What’s included
- Skills Rink Training: Skating, puck control, passing, skill development and small-area games
- Shooting Lane Training: Shot mechanics, accuracy, quick release and goal-scoring skills
- Skating Treadmill Training: Stride technique, balance, posture and skating efficiency
- Performance Gym Training: One hour of strength, speed, coordination and mobility development
- Classroom Session: Hockey IQ, leadership and confidence-building activities
- Team Challenges: Competitive activities that encourage teamwork, effort and fun
- Healthy Snack: A nutritious snack will be provided to every player
The day
- 8:30 AM: Drop-off
- 8:45 AM: Training begins
- 3:00 PM: Pick-up
What to bring
A healthy snack will be provided. Please have your player bring a peanut-free lunch, an additional peanut-free snack if needed, a water bottle, appropriate gym clothing and full hockey equipment.

01 Hockeyology members receive 10% off. Additional family members receive 10% off after the first registered player. Register online at the standard rate and the credit is applied at the front desk.
