Poise Under Pressure

Athletes, Coaches, Parents

A mental performance workshop designed to build practical psychological skills for high-pressure situations. Led by our provisional psychologist, this session covers performance anxiety, confidence building, focus strategies, and resilience. Relevant for athletes at any level, and valuable for coaches and parents supporting young athletes.

Athleticare IQ Series

Education built for ages 13-18

The IQ Series is a set of structured education programs designed specifically for youth athletes who are ready to take ownership of their own health, nutrition, and mental performance. Built for the age when athletes start making their own decisions about how they train, eat, and recover.

Fuel IQ

A structured nutrition education program teaching young athletes to understand and manage their own fueling. Covers macronutrients, meal timing, hydration, and building independence around food choices.

Mind IQ

Mental performance foundations for youth athletes. Covers self-awareness, emotional regulation, goal-setting, and building a growth mindset. Practical tools they can use immediately in training and competition.

Injury IQ

Injury prevention education teaching young athletes to understand their bodies, recognize warning signs, and make smart decisions about training load, recovery, and when to seek help.
